Liverpool have announced that Sven-Göran Eriksson will be part of their LFC Legends management team for a charity game against Ajax Legends in March.
The former England manager revealed in January he had “best case” about a year to live after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. During a round of TV interviews upon revealing his health issues, Eriksson spoke of his lifelong love for Liverpool and how he always wished to be manager of the club.
