Problems with a betting account
Sports and Casinos is an independent guide and comparison site. We are not a bookmaker or casino, and we can’t see or access anyone’s betting account. What to include when you contact us
To help us deal with your message quickly, please include as much of the following as you can.
- The page: the address of the guide, article or offer your message is about.
- The details: what looks wrong or out of date, and what you expected to see instead. For example, a different free bet amount or minimum odds on the operator’s site.
- Screenshots: these are especially useful for offer issues, because operators can change their terms without notice.
However, please never send us passwords, card details or copies of your ID. We will never ask for them, and we don’t need them to check an offer or correct a guide.
