What personal data we collect

You can read the site without giving us any personal details. We only collect personal data in the following situations.

When you contact us

If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject and message. In addition, the form records your IP address, browser details and the page you sent it from, which helps us deal with spam. We store each message in our website’s admin area and also receive a copy by email.

We use these details only to read and reply to your message. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to people who get in touch. We keep messages for up to two years and then delete them, unless we need them for longer to deal with an ongoing issue.

Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics, added through Google’s Site Kit plugin, to understand how people find and use the site. For example, which pages are popular and which devices visitors use.
